Kelly R. Adams - Director

Kelly Adams is a dedicated community member, parent and business leader who brings a strong commitment to service, collaboration and results-driven leadership to the Ritenour Board of Education. A resident of the Ritenour community for the past decade, Adams is deeply invested in the success of the district and the students it serves.

Adams earned a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development from Fontbonne University and brings over 15 years of experience in human resources and leadership, with a focus on talent development, team building, and organizational effectiveness. She previously served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at World Wide Technology and currently serves as President of Westfall Hauling, a third-generation family-owned business. She is also the founder and Program Director of The WAY Center.

Adams and her husband have a blended family of five children. Their youngest three children attend Ritenour Schools.

Adams has a strong history of community involvement and service. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Avenues Counseling and previously served as Treasurer of the Wyland Elementary PTO. She is also the founder of two nonprofit organizations, The WAY Center and Cousins in Community, both focused on supporting youth, families, and community-driven solutions.

For the past five years, Adams has led and delivered summer camp programming for Ritenour-area youth and remains committed to expanding access to high-quality out-of- school-time opportunities that support student development and family engagement.

Mrs. Adams’ term expires in April 2029.
