Taste of Ritenour 2026
Ritenour is excited to announce the debut of the Taste of Ritenour, presented by La Vecindad and Andy's Seasoning, on Tuesday, May 19 from 5–7 p.m. at Ritenour High School.
This inaugural event will bring together local restaurants, families, students, staff, and community members for an evening of great food and Husky pride. Guests will enjoy tasting sample-sized dishes from local restaurants inside the Ritenour Auditorium lobby.
Tickets are $15. Only 250 tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be purchased in advance online. No tickets will be sold at the door. Join us for a fun experience that lets attendees discover old and new local favorites while supporting Ritenour students.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Ritenour High School Track and Cross Country teams, which won the Taste of Ritenour grant based on a competitive application process. Student athletes from these teams will volunteer at the event, giving attendees and vendors the chance to meet the students whose opportunities are being supported.
As of late March, the following tasting partners already have committed to sharing samples from their venues: La Vecindad, El Dragon Food Truck, Saucy Porka, El Maguey (Chesterfield), Brew & Bites Cafe, Acapulco Restaurant, Sum Tea House, COMpanion KOMbucha, Kraft Heinz, The Sweet Spot Cafe, Color Me Whipped, Sublime Yuneekness, Brasas, Top Wings, Gleebachi, HERBachi and Save A Lot Y Mas.
Local restaurants and businesses are invited to be part of this exciting first year as a Tasting Partner, sponsor, or raffle donor. Participation as a tasting partner is limited to 25 tasting booths, so early registration is encouraged.
Businesses can also support the event through in-kind gift card donations or event sponsorships, which include recognition before and during the event.
