Ritenour has partnered with Parent ProTech to provide resources to families to help their children navigate the digital and online world safely and responsibly through trusted resources created by parents, educators, and experts. As technology evolves, so do Parent ProTech resources, always adapting support families and educators in a rapidly changing online world. 

The Parent ProTech resource is provided free to the Ritenour community to provide practical resources including guides on trending apps, online safety tips, gaming sites, and social media.

To get started, you can watch this short introduction video or see directions below:

Step by Step Registration:

1. Go to: https://app.parentprotech.com/799/ritenour/en/signup
2. Select your child’s school from the drop-down
3. Enter parent or guardian first and last name
4. Phone number is optional
5. Enter parent or guardian email address which will used for your login account
6. Create a password for your account 
7. If you have multiple children, you can click Add Child to select their school and grade (optional)
8. If you are a parent or guardian, leave “Are you an Educator?” unchecked
9. Check or uncheck the “Subscribe to our Newsletter?” if  you wish to receive Parent ProTech news and info or not
10. You need to select the “Accept the privacy policy and terms & conditions” to access Parent ProTech
11. Click Submit

Once your account is created you can go to the same registration site and click Login at the top of the page or go directly to the login page: https://app.parentprotech.com/login
