Dear Ritenour School for Early Childhood Education (RSECE) Families,

Welcome to the RSECE! I am so excited to serve as the principal of the School for Early Childhood Education. We are a school that puts our earliest learners first in a play-based environment. 

This is my 24th year in the Ritenour School District. I am excited we will get to know each other throughout this year, and I look forward to connecting with you and your children! 

At the RSECE, we believe children are curious and capable. We know children learn best through play and experience. Learning opportunities exist in every interaction, discussion and moment. 

We also believe families are our children’s first teachers. We want to build partnerships that honor the whole child, help our children cultivate their interests, and build school readiness skills. We are excited to partner with you this year! 

We will focus on helping each child grow and nurture creativity and wonder.   We also will develop school readiness skills and prepare our children for kindergarten.
