Join Us at our Open House Wednesday, Aug. 20, 2026

Dear Families and Students,

We are excited to invite you to our Open House on Wednesday, Aug. 20. To provide flexibility for families, we are offering two opportunities to attend:

Morning Session: 8:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Evening Session: 5:30 p.m. – 7 p.m.

You are welcome to stop by at any time during either session, and attendance is optional.

As a reminder, the Julie Hahn Center for International & Gifted Learners is located within the Ritenour Center for Educational Excellence (RCEE) at 10901 St. Henry Lane in St. Ann.

This is a great opportunity for you and your family to meet teachers, see classrooms, ask questions, and prepare for the upcoming school year. Staff will be available to help families complete the required returning student registration in PowerSchool and to assist with setting up and using the new BusRight app, which allows families to track their student's school bus in real time.

If you would like to contribute, students may bring any of the following optional supplies:

  • Pencils
  • Glue sticks
  • Expo (dry-erase) markers

Students will not need a backpack this year.

We encourage all returning families to attend one of the Open House sessions and complete their registration during the event. If your student will not be returning for the upcoming school year, please let us know so we can plan accordingly.

We look forward to seeing you and welcoming everyone back for another exciting year of learning and growth. The first day of school for students is Monday, Aug. 24.
