Ritenour Opens New Optometry Center for Students

On Feb. 7, 2025, the Ritenour community celebrated the opening of a satellite office of the UMSL College of Optometry at our Husky Support Center, which provides low-cost or no-cost comprehensive vision care to Ritenour students who are referred by our school nurses. Doctors from UMSL said they already are enjoying serving our students. Currently, the optometry center is seeing students on Thursday mornings but hopes to expand services soon.
