Celebrating School Lunch Hero Day
It’s a pleasure to give shout-outs on School Lunch Hero Day (May 2, 2025) to the 48 Ritenour Child Nutrition staff members who serve great meals with an extra helping of smiles for our PreK-12 students. These heroes are supported by five additional superheroes: Deana Hill, Ritenour’s director of child nutrition; Brittney Scott, nutritionist/dietician; Margarita Gunther-Kramer, a bilingual office professional; and also Don Tucker and Kory Brown, who are responsible for bringing all the food and drinks to every building, making sure our cafes have all the supplies they need to make nutritious meals for our students.
