At Ritenour, we're proud to recognize the 18 amazing SLPs from Special School District who help students find their voices—sometimes literally. These dedicated professionals are behind countless success stories, whether they’re helping our youngest learners pronounce their first full sentence or supporting a high schooler in preparing for a job interview.

Their work goes far beyond speech. It’s about building confidence, supporting social skills and giving students the tools to connect with the world around them. They lead group sessions, one-on-one therapy and collaborate closely with teachers and families—all to help students thrive.
