Ritenour School District Celebrates School Social Worker Week, March 3-7

The Ritenour School District is proud to recognize School Social Worker Week from March 3-7, celebrating the impact our school social workers have on students, families, and staff.

School social workers play a critical role in helping students overcome challenges, access essential resources, and create a strong foundation for academic and personal success. They provide wraparound services that support students’ emotional well-being, mental health, and social development, ensuring they have the tools they need to reach their full potential.

We are grateful for the dedication and compassion of our Ritenour school social workers:

  • Buder & Kratz Elementary: Blair Stephenson
  • Iveland & Wyland Elementary: Kennedy Washington
  • Marion & Marvin Elementary: Amy Bourland & Meredith Marne
  • Hoech Middle: Stephanie Gillen (SSD)
  • Ritenour Middle: Martine Crump & Kathy Collier (SSD)
  • Ritenour High: Karen Coughlin, Gayle Giancola (SSD) & Kathy Collier (SSD)
  • Husky Academy: Denizela Dorsey
  • Ritenour School for Early Childhood Education: MaryClare Monahan

Thank you for providing support and guidance to Ritenour students every day!
